Delete your account

This is for accounts made on the SNJ Group Hotels website or in the SNJ Hotels app.

What is deleted

• Your email address and password.
• Your sign-in on every device.
• The link between your account and the requests you sent, so they no longer appear under My Bookings.

What is kept

Booking requests and reservations you already sent stay in the hotel’s booking records, with the contact details you gave. To ask us to remove those too, email snjgroupsales@gmail.com. See the privacy policy.
