Privacy policy
This policy covers the SNJ Group Hotels & Resorts website (snjgrouphotels.com) and the SNJ Hotels app, which shows the same website. Last updated 6 October 2026.
Who we are
SNJ Group Hotels & Resorts runs SNJ Taj Grand in Agra, SNJ Laxmi Dham in Vrindavan, and the SNJ Gold Garden and SNJ Pearls Garden venues in Agra. For any question about your information, write to snjgroupsales@gmail.com or call +91 9084435346.
What we collect
- When you send a booking request or enquiry: your name, mobile number, email address if you give one, the hotel or venue, your dates, the number of rooms and guests, and anything you write in the message.
- When you create an account: your email address and a password. The password is stored in scrambled form; we cannot read it.
- On your device: a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in for a day, and a small note that you have already seen the offer pop-up. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
- Server records: like every website, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as the address your device connected from and the time.
We do not collect card or payment details. No payment is taken on the website or in the app.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and confirm, change or cancel your reservation or event booking.
- To email you about your booking and your account (confirming your email, resetting your password).
- To show your requests and their status under My Bookings when you are signed in.
- To keep the hotel’s own booking records.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
- The staff of the hotel or venue you contacted.
- Our service providers, only as needed to run the service: our website hosting provider, and the email service that delivers our messages.
- Hotel pages show a Google map. Google receives the usual technical information when the map loads, under Google’s own privacy policy.
- If you tap a WhatsApp or call button, WhatsApp or your phone handles that conversation, not us.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Booking requests and reservations are kept as part of the hotel’s records. Your account is kept until you delete it.
Delete your account
You can delete your account yourself at any time on the Delete account page. Your sign-in details are removed and your requests are no longer linked to an account. Requests and reservations you already sent stay in the hotel’s booking records. To ask us to remove or correct those as well, email snjgroupsales@gmail.com.
Your choices
You can book without an account. You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or to correct it, at the email above.
Children
The website and app are meant for adults arranging a stay or an event. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
